Harry Lee “Pop” Raines, 87 of Winifrede died June 25, 2018 at CAMC Memorial Hospital, Charleston.

He retired from U.S. Steel and was a U.S. Marine Corps Veteran. He was a lifelong hunter and fisherman and could fix anything.

He was preceded in death by Son: Harry Raines “Pop Jr.”,
Parents: Harry Vandon and Mollie Jane Cooper Raines and
Sisters: Della Rose Cottrell and Maxine Ellen Markham.

Surviving Are:

Wife of 67 years: Frances “Mogie” Williams Raines of Winifrede,

Daughter: Teresa (Duane) Hickey of Tallahassee, FL,

Sons: Lyndon Alan (Krista) Raines of Cross Lanes,
Vandon DeBell (Cheryl) Raines of Sebert,

Grandchildren: Tara, Eddie, Malia, Sara, Alana, Jonathan and Justin and

9 Great Grandchildren.

Funeral will be Noon Thursday June 28, 2018 at Leonard Johnson Funeral Home, Marmet with Rev. Alan Owens officiating. Burial will follow in Kanawha Valley Memorial Gardens, Glasgow. Friends may call 1 hour prior to the service at the Funeral Home.
