So sorry to hear of Alvie's passing. I have very fond memories of Alvie as he was a talented athlete and a pleasure to work with in the athletic arena and in the classroom as well. I was blessed to have had the opportunity to work with him in my early years of teaching and coaching. He will be greatly missed. My deepest sympathy to Alvie Sr., Doddy, Chris, Adam, and all other family members. I will keep you all in my thoughts and prayers. May God bless and comfort you all in this difficult time.
