Helen Walker Ownby, 94 of Charleston, WV died in Meadowbrook Assistance with Living, Camp Creek.

She Retired from O.J. Morrisons Department Store in Charleston.

She was preceeded in death by her Husband: Willard Ownby on Aug. 11, 2001,
Sons: David Wayne and Willard “Bud” Ownby,
Parents: Everett and Alice Aliff Walker,
Sisters: Louise Walker Hiles and Mildred Blackburn,
Brothers: Darrell and Callie Walker and
Grandson: Richard B. Ownby.

Surviving Are:

Sister: Virginia Linville of Madison,WV

Grandchildren: Lori (Mark) Dixon of Stephens City, VA,
Tim (Gayle) Ownby of Hampton, VA,

6 Great Grandchildren and 4 Great Great Grandchildren and

Daughter in Law: Geraldine Ownby of Smithfield, VA

Graveside Service and burial will be 11 a.m. Thursday August 27, 2015 at Floral Hills Gardens of Memories, Sissonville with Joseph Martin officiating. A procession will leave Leonard Johnson Funeral Home, Marmet promptly at 10 a.m. for the cemetery. There will be no visitation.
