Darrell Canterbury, 86 of Ashford died November 6, 2023 at Hillcrest Center in Danville.
He was a retired coal miner and was a member of Odell Masonic Lodge #115 at Madison.
He was preceded in death by wife: Sue Irene Kinder Canterbury, son: William Taylor Canterbury, parents: James Elmer and Garnett Price Canterbury, sister: Evelyn Canterbury Fazio and brother: Richard Allen Canterbury.
Surviving are daughter: Debra Sue (David) Crockett of Hernshaw, son: Kevin Mark (Cathy) Canterbury of Kenna and several grandchildren.
Graveside service and burial will be 11 a.m. Friday November 10, 2023 at Barker Cemetery, Ashford with Minister Donald Pauley officiating. Leonard Johnson Funeral Home, Marmet is in charge of arrangements.
