Obituary for Vivian Ann Holtsclaw

Vivian Ann Holtsclaw, 86 of Chesapeake died November 28, 2022 at Complete Care at Oak Ridge Center in Charleston.

She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother and will be sadly missed by all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by husbands: James Bentley and James Holtsclaw, father: George Caldwell, mother and stepfather: Blanche and Ed Belcher, grandchildren: Lisa and Shannon Cabell and great grandchildren: Allie and Jason Burgess.

Surviving are daughters: Tonia L. (Gary) Halstead of Cross Lanes and Tammy Jarrell, Tina Bentley and Teresa (Roy) Cabell all of Ashford, son: James Edward (Lee Ann) Bentley of Elkview, grandchildren: Michelle Pugh, Gary Dwayne Halstead, Roy Lee Cabell, Roy Anthony Cabell, Christine Cabell, Chaz Bentley, James Luikart, Brian Bentley, Kayla Laws and Shawnda Cain, great grandchildren: Emaly Cabell, Shanna Cabell, Lucas, Lindsey, Alileah, Olivia and Jubileigh Pugh, Kinsley and Macie Halstead, Abria and Carson Laws, Addilynn Young, Jeremiah and Kylie Burgess and sister: Argatha of Teays Valley.

Per her request there will be no viewing. Her longtime wish was that her body be donated to the West Virginia University Human Gift Registry, which supports health sciences teaching and research missions.
