Elizabeth “Betty” Richards Peters, 82 of Winifrede went home to be with the Lord on July 12, 2021 at Hubbard Hospice House, Charleston.
She was a former Mail Carrier for the U.S. Postal Service at Winifrede and was a member of Chelyan First Baptist Church.
