Evelyn was married to my dad for several years. I will never forget how well she took care of dad before he passed away. My special memory was eating dinner with dad and Evelyn, that was the first time I had ever had fresh broccoli. It was delicious, and now we eat it weekly. Never have touched frozen broccoli again. Evelyn was a special lady, and I always admired her. Thoughts and prayers to her family. I am sorry to say we are unable to come to the service due to Covid. Nancy Fazio Burnside, Radford VA.

I always enjoyed stopping by and visiting with Evelyn while in Charleston. I worked out of Lewisburg and didn't get there so often, but , we managed to catch up pretty fast on all the latest. Prayers for the family, a lovely lady.

I worked at C&P and all different names with Evelyn for 40 years. I worked Cable Splicer and if she could help you in any way she would. She spent hours devoted to the plant picnic and never want any thanks, She was a great lady and we loved her.
