Obituary for Adra Denise Smith
Adra Denise Smith, 64 of Charleston went to be with the Lord on Tuesday September 1, 2020 at CAMC Memorial Hospital in Charleston after a short illness.
She was born August 2, 1956 in Charleston to Syble Barker Buzzard and the late Oliver Buzzard.
She was also preceded in death by her sister Dorrine Buzzard and grandmother: Gladys Shorter.
Those left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of 35 years: Faron Smith, children: Oliver Bassham and Cristy Dolin both of Charleston, Grandchildren: Colton (Jaylin), Kiersten and Abrianna Bassham all of Seth, Kelsey and Kaylie Dolin of Charleston, Rylie and Alyssa Griffith of Seth, Great Grandson: Owen Bassham, Siblings: Sharon Barker of IL, Rondie (Lessie) Buzzard of IL, Gwen (Lalo) Aboytes of Sylvester, Deborah Cole of IN, Teresa Nutter of Whitesville, Regina (Bobby) Sprouse of Sylvester and many nieces and nephews.
Graveside service and burial will be 1 p.m. Tuesday September 8, 2020 at Pineview Cemetery, Orgas with Rev. June Ferrell officiating. Leonard Johnson Funeral Home, Marmet is in charge of arrangements.
