Joseph “Devin” Fields, 46 of Charleston was taken from us much too soon on April 29, 2020 at home.

His hobbies were coin collecting and fishing. He always took pictures of the fish he caught and sent them to his mother. He was an excellent cook and was always making special dishes and giving them to his friends. He also loved to build and fix things.

He was preceded in death by Father: Earl Eugene Fields and Stepsister: Darlene Cartwright.

Mother: Vivian Glenn (John) Cartwright,

Sister: Jennifer (Lee) Smith,

Stepsister: Kimberly (Jamie) Henson,

Daughters: Jennifer Glenn Fields and Ayla White,

Sons: Christian and Caleb Fields,

Much loved niece: Karlee Smith,

Nieces: Taylor and Katelyn Lovejoy,

Special Friends: Lisa Walters and Billy Crede and

Many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

In keeping with his wishes, there will not be a service and his ashes will be buried in Bond Cemetery in the family plot. Leonard Johnson Funeral Home, Marmet is in charge of arrangements.
