Beverly Jayne Hammack, 70 of Kanawha City died April 11, 2019 at Hubbard Hospice House, Charleston.

She was a former operator for AT&T in Charleston and was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was a 1966 Graduate of Sherman High School, Seth.

She was preceded in death by Parents: Howard and Gertrude Helen Fauber Weaver,
Brother: David Weaver and
Sisters: Dorothy Deal and Jean Dick.

Husband: Roger Lee Hammack of Kanawha City,

Son: Sidney L. Hammack of Charleston,

Daughter: Angela Sue Totten of Racine,

Granddaughters: Cassandra (Dillon) Baldwin of Charleston,

Grandson: Tristan James Wazelle of Charleston,

Sisters: Ilene Stalnaker of North Carolina,
Judy Stacey of Florida,
Sue Horter of Virginia and

Special Friend: Mary “Crickett” Bothwell of Racine.

Funeral will be 11 a.m. Monday April 15, 2019 at Leonard Johnson Funeral Home, Marmet with Rev. Scott Tincher officiating. Entombment will follow in Montgomery Memorial Park, London. Friends may call 1 hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
