Gary Wayne “G.W.” Samples, 37 of Eskdale died March 21, 2019 at Hubbard Hospice House, Charleston.

He was owner and operator of GDUBYA Trucking, Eskdale and also loved remote control cars and trucks.

He was preceded in death by Father: Gary Samples.

Surviving Are:

Wife: Jody Lovejoy Samples of Eskdale,

Children: Kayla Samples and Ashton, Marcus and Jada Rakes all at home,
Daisy Samples of Kenai, Alaska,

Mother: Pat Bowman Booth of Summersville,

Step-Father: Bob McCray of Summersville,

Brother: Travis Samples of Rock Cave,

Mother in Law: Drema Lovejoy of St. Albans and

Many friends and other relatives.


Funeral will be 1 p.m. Saturday March 30, 2019 at Leonard Johnson Funeral Home, Marmet with Rev. Donnie Pauley officiating. Per his wishes he will be cremated after the service. Friends may call 2 hours prior to the service at the funeral home.
