Brian Keith Cook Jr., 12 of Charleston died February 27, 2019 at CAMC General Hospital, Charleston from injuries received in an automobile wreck on Route 60 near Malden.

He was a student at Horace Mann Middle School, Kanawha City and was a loving son, grandson and brother. He was taken from his family way too early and will be missed by all.

Also perishing in the crash was his father Brian Keith Cook, Sr.

Uncle: Roy Clifford II of Charleston.

Funeral will be 11 a.m. Friday March 15, 2019 at Barlow Bonsall Funeral Home, Charleston. Burial will follow in Donel C. Kinnard Memorial State Veterans Cemetery, Dunbar. Friends may call 1 hour prior to the service at the Funeral Home.
