Myrtle Ellen Thompson, 74 of Comfort died February 15, 2019 at CAMC Memorial Hospital, Charleston.
She was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
She was preceded in death by Parents: Henderson Peyton and Hattie Irene Goff Griffith and several brothers and sisters.

Her companion of many years: Cecil Lee Doss of Comfort,
Daughters: Bonnie Lynn McCallister of Comfort,
Trisha Thompson of Whitesville,
Carleigh Thompson of Comfort,
Son: David Thompson of Kittrell, NC,
Grandchildren: Breauna and Blake McCallister, Brandon James Hayes and Kelsey Cummings,
Great Granddaughter: Nevaeh Hager and
Several Brothers and Sisters.
Funeral will be 1 p.m. Wednesday February 20, 2019 at Leonard Johnson Funeral Home, Marmet. Burial will follow in Pineview Cemetery, Orgas. Friends may call 2 hours prior to the service at the funeral home.
