Helena B. Pullen, 86 of Charleston died October 5, 2018 at CAMC Memorial Hospital, Charleston.

She was Vice President of Les Pullen Insurance Agency, Marmet.

She was preceded in death by Sons: John “Red” and Tommy Bailey,
Parents: Olie and Ethel Hager Casto and
Sisters: Linda Ball and Nadelle Shreve.

Daughter: Pamela J. Phillips of Charleston,

Brenda (Gary) Patterson of Ghent,
Nancy K. Ross of Virginia Beach, VA,

Grandchildren: Jeffrey (Nancy) Phillips and
Justin “J.R.” Phillips all of Charleston,

Brothers: Dale (Mavis) Casto of Hewett,
Roger (Sandra) Casto of Lake,

Sisters: Florence (Billy) Nichols of Hewett,
Genevieve (Curtis) Akers of Hewett and
Marty Vance of Lake.


Funeral will be 1 p.m. Tuesday October 9, 2018 at Leonard Johnson Funeral Home, Marmet with Rev. Darick Biondi officiating. Burial will follow in Mount Moriah Baptist Cemetery, Hurricane. Friends may call 2 hours prior to the service at the funeral home.
