William “Billy” Russell, 61 of Marmet died December 5, 2017 at CAMC Memorial Hospital.

He was an employee of the WV Department of Rehabilitation.

He was preceded in death by Parents: Woodrow and Eva Mae Patton Russell.

Surviving Are:

Wife: Annette Lowe Russell of Charleston,

Sons: Chad Allen Russell of Morgantown,
Brandon Joseph Russell of Charleston,

Daughter: Nina Marie Russell of Charleston,

Grandchildren: La’Nya Johnson and Autumn Russell,

Brothers: Terry (Lori) Russell and
Gary Russell all of Marmet and

Sister: Patricia Pauley of Marmet.

Funeral will be 2 p.m. Sunday December 10, 2017 at Family Worship Center, Chesapeake with his brother Pastor Terry Russell officiating. Burial will follow in Marmet Cemetery. Friends may call 1 hour prior to the service at the Church. Leonard Johnson Funeral Home, Marmet is in charge of arrangements.
