Phyllis Ann Earls Dickens, 66 of Peytona, WV went home to be with the Lord on December 17, 2016.

She was an avid reader who loved being with her family.

She was preceded in death by her beloved sister, Margaret Branigan, her father Amos Jack Earls and nephew, Richard Branigan.

Surviving are: her long-term companion, Raymond Dickens and her children Shelia Dickens of Nottingham, Maryland; Sherry Dickens of Peytona, WV; Ray (Trish) Dickens, Jr of Nitro, WV, and Zane (Jenn) Dickens of Nashville, TN. Grandchildren were Christopher Pierce, Cassie Pierce, Jasmine Pierce, Sara Estep, Haley Dickens, Gabriel Dickens, Jacob Miller, and Hannah Dickens along with 9 great-grandchildren. Her siblings surviving are Jackie Lechner, Donna Hernandez, Roy Morrison, Coy Morrison, Gail Alexander, Ray Morrison, and Janice Morrison Dulworth.


Funeral will be 11 a.m. Wednesday December 21, 2016 at Atha Chapel in Peytona, WV with Rev. Jeff Howerton officiating. Burial will follow in Pineview Cemetery, Orgas. Friends may call 1 hour prior to the service at the Church. Leonard Johnson Funeral Home, Marmet is in charge of arrangements.
